The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating missing juvenile Kamiya Manuel. Kamiya, who resides on the 1900 block of East Venango Street, was last seen by her grandmother on Thursday, September 16, 2021, at approximately 9 pm, getting onto the headed to relative house at 76XX Brentwood Road.
Kamiya is 15 years old with brown eyes and black hair. It is unknown what she was last wearing.
