Northwest Baltimore Police investigates Shooting

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – On September 29, 2021, at approximately 12:12 p.m., Northwest District patrol officers were dispatched to a medical clinic in the 2400 block of Cylburn Avenue for a walk-in shooting investigation.

When officers arrived, they located a 41-year-old male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the lower back and left arm. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment, listed in critical condition.

A preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was shot in the 5200 block of Sant Charles Street.Northwest District Shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control over the investigation.
