Two Men Arrested in Southwest Baltimore After Shooting

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – On July 8, 2021, at approximately 12:33 a.m., Southwest District officers were dispatched to the 3100 block of West North Avenue to investigate a reported shooting. Responding officers discovered evidence that a shooting had occurred and canvassed the area for potential victims, witnesses and suspects.

A short time later, 18 year-old Tyree Reynolds and 28 year-old Antone Towson walked into area hospitals seeking treatment for gunshot wound injuries.

Southwest District Shooting detectives investigated the incident, identified both victims as shooting suspects and obtained arrest warrants.

On September 12, 2021, Antone Towson was arrested and charged with Attempted 1st Degree Murder. On September 27, 2021, Tyree Reynolds was arrested and charged with Attempted 1st Degree Murder.


Both men are currently being held at the Baltimore City Central Booking Intake Facility.
