Police Investigate Shooting in Baltimore’s Western District

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – On October 6, 2021, at approximately 12:20 p.m., Western District patrol officers were called to the 1400 block of West Baltimore Street for a report of a shooting.

Upon officer’s arrival, they located a 24 year-old male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound in the 1300 block of West Baltimore Street.Medics transported that victim to an area hospital for treatment.

Moments later, officers were called to an area hospital where a second shooting victim walked in seeking treatment.


Once there, officers located a 19 year-old male suffering from apparent non-life threatening gunshot wounds. It was determined that the second victim had also been shot during the same incident.
