Fugitive was wearing only his boxers when caught in former police chief’s backyard

RIDGEFIELD, NJ – A Fort Lee man who was sought during a manhunt in Bergen County was tracked down to the backyard of a retired Bergen County police chief. Bergen County Sheriff’s Officers and K-9 units tracked Ibrahim Mian, 24. The effort to capture Mian was assisted by police from Cliffside Park, Leonia, Palisade’s Park, and Ridgefield. Police sought Mian for outstanding warrants in multiple communities when he fled officers.
