Man reported missing since Sunday in Philadelphia

The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 40-year-old Missing Person Charles Barroso. He was last seen on Sunday, October 217th, 2021.,at 1:00 P.M., by his mother on the 4000 block of Lawndale St.

He is 5’5″ 150lbs, thin build, light complexion, brown eyes, black short hair. He was last seen wearing a sweater of unknown color, blue shorts with beige colored tights under the shorts. He currently uses crutches in relation to an ongoing medical condition causing pain in his right leg.
