Man Shot to Death at Jack In the Box Drive Thru

DALLAS, TEXAS – On Sunday, October 31, 2021, at approximately 1:15 am, Dallas Police and Dallas Fire and Rescue responded to a shooting call at the Jack in the Box located at 5757 N. Jim Miller Rd.  Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim, an adult male of the offense was on the adjacent street at 2700 Highland Road where he had driven his vehicle and succumbed to his injuries as he tried to get away from the offense location.

The complainant was shot while he waited in the drive-thru line at the Jack in the Box by an unknown Black male approximately 20 years old, slim build, and short afro styled hair.  He was the passenger in a late model four (4) door Nissan, possibly an Altima, dark grey with dark tinted windows.  The suspects fled the scene before the arrival of the police.
