On Saturday, November 6, 2021, at 6:14 pm, officers responded to Jackson Mills Road in the area of the I-195 overpass and Harmony Road on the report of a vehicle that had driven off of the roadway into the woods.

Responding officers located a 2009 Ford Ranger which was occupied by a lone male which had gone off the road and crashed into a wooded area. The driver was airlifted to a local hospital for treatment but the agency was advised that he passed away during the evening.
