Brick landlord charged with irresponsible rental of home with ‘crack house’ reputation

BRICK TOWNSHIP, NJ – On Tuesday, October 26th, at just before 9:30 P.M., Street Crime Unit (SCU) Detectives stopped a vehicle for several motor vehicle violations which resulted in the driver, Toni Sisler (33 years old from Camden) being arrested for multiple drug offenses. Detectives discovered approximately 350 wax fold packets of heroin, approximately 10 grams of crack, a small quantity of cocaine, and numerous prescription drugs. Sisler was charged with possession of heroin with intent to distribute, possession of crack with intent to distribute, possession of heroin, crack, cocaine, prescription legend drugs, Suboxone, and drug paraphernalia. She was released on a summons.

On Wednesday, November 3rd, SCU Detectives observed a vehicle stopped at a red traffic signal whose occupants were smoking crack. When Detectives approached the vehicle, two of the vehicle’s occupants, Jeffrey Bair (51 years old from Barnegat) and James Laborante (33 years old from Toms River) attempted to hide the drugs. A third occupant, Michael Laborante (30 years old from Toms River) attempted to flee on foot.

Detectives uncovered heroin, a crack pipe and several other paraphernalia. In addition to the drug offenses, Jeffrey Bair and Michael Laborante had outstanding warrants for their arrest.

Bair was charged with possession of heroin, crack, paraphernalia, contempt of court, and several motor vehicle violations, including driving while suspended and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle. Bair was lodged in Ocean County Jail.


Michael Laborante was charged with possession of heroin, crack, paraphernalia, contempt of court, obstruction of justice, and being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance. He was lodged in Ocean County Jail.


James Laborante was charged with possession of heroin, crack and paraphernalia. He was lodged in Ocean County Jail.

On Friday, November 19th, after numerous complaints, arrests and charges associated with 4 Hollycrest Drive, the landlord, Vincent Loffredo (86 years old from Brick) was charged with the Brick Township Ordinance against Irresponsible Rentals.
