A Rhode Island visitor took home a Maryland memory he will not soon forget. The Coventry man won a $100,000 top prize on the Maryland Lottery’s $100,000 Extreme Cash scratch-off.

Two weeks ago, he arrived in Baltimore and found Lottery luck waiting at 7-Eleven #34345. The 50-year-old purchased the $30 scratch-off and revealed an instant-win symbol with the $100,000 prize beneath it.

The $100,000 Extreme Cash game went on sale in September 2020 and has 26 $100,000 top prizes left for players to find. There are also more than 300,000 unclaimed prizes ranging from $5,000 to $30 awaiting discovery.

Also giving thanks is 7-Eleven #34345, located at 55 Market Place in Baltimore City. The Lottery retailer receives a bonus of $1,000 for selling a top-prize winning scratch-off of $100,000 or more.
