Kitchen contractor stiffed customers after not delivering services

LITTLE EGG HARBOR, NJ – On 11-17-2021, William T. Newmiller Jr., age 56 of Havertown Pennsylvania was charged by Little Egg Harbor Twp. Police Department Detective Bureau with Theft and Failure to Make Required Disposition. William represents himself as a consultant with “Kitchen Bar Consulting,” selling restaurant / bar / kitchen equipment throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. During the investigation it was discovered William received payment from a local business and failed to deliver promised merchandise. William also had several other warrants for his arrest out of municipalities in Cape May County, Gloucester County, Camden County, Monmouth County, and Delaware County Pennsylvania for similar charges.

On 11-22-2021 William Newmiller Jr. was located / arrested by Ship Bottom Police Department without incident. After being interviewed by Little Egg Harbor Twp. Police Detectives William was additionally charged with Deceptive Business Practices, Displaying / Possessing False Government Documents, and Theft of Mislaid Property. William was lodged and is currently in the Ocean County Jail.
