The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 21-year-old Missing Person Simran Cecil. She was last seen on Monday, November 22nd, 2021, at 8:20 P.M., on the 10000 block of Roosevelt Blvd.
She is 5’3″. 130lbs, medium complexion, brown eyes, black hair. She was last seen wearing a black shirt with a black and white collar and blue jeans.
