White House confident Biden’s ‘Build Back Better’ can pass before Christmas

WASHINGTON – The White House is confident that the nearly $2 trillion “Build Back Better” spending plan that includes U.S. President Joe Biden’s social and climate agenda can pass Congress before Christmas, Press Secretary Jen Psaki said Tuesday.
