WESLACO, TX – On Saturday, December 11, 2021, at bout 6:41 pm, Weslaco Police Department received a call for assistance at the Weslaco R.V Park located at 600 South Bridge Avenue, Weslaco, County of Hidalgo, Texas in reference to shots fired. Arriving officers located a male with an apparent gunshot wound and quickly began life-saving efforts.
Weslaco Emergency Medical Services arrived on the scene and pronounced the male deceased. The victim’s vehicle was not located on the scene of the incident. The Weslaco Police Department’s Criminal Investigation is looking for a 2010 Black Chevrolet Silverado with Texas license plates DRP-3718. The vehicle has several Harley Davidson stickers on the tailgate, and a person of interest is believed to be driving it. Attached below are several pictures of the truck. This is an active investigation and further details will be released at a later time.
