Two arrested during Dover drug bust

Dover, DE- Delaware State Police concluded an active drug dealing investigation on Tuesday with the arrest of Eljere M. Ingram, 41, of Dover, and Donald W. Demby, 44, of Magnolia.

On January 11, 2022, a search warrant was executed by Delaware State Police and Dover Probation and Parole at a residence in the 200 block of President Dr. As a result of the search, the following items belonging to Elijere Ingram were located inside: Approximately 330.15 grams of marijuana, approximately 2.43 grams of heroin, approximately 3.61 grams of crystal methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and approximately $711.00 in suspected drug proceeds.

When troopers initially responded to the residence, Eljere Ingram, Donald Demby, and a 40-year-old Magnolia man were located in the front yard. Discovered on Demby’s person were 149 MDMA Pills, approximately 13.89 grams of cocaine, approximately 64.39 grams of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and $482.00 in suspected drug proceeds. Ingram and Demby were taken into custody without incident and transported to Delaware State Police Troop 3. The 40-year-old Magnolia man was not charged with any crimes.
