Dave Portnoy eats crow after Pat’s horrible, terrible, ugly loss to Buffalo, We’re the f–king New York Jets now

Phil Stilton

Barstool Sports President Dave Portnoy received a night of public thrashing by his fans as the Buffalo Bill lead the New England Patriots 27-3 heading into halftime Saturday night.

“I’m embarrassed, everybody from Bellicheck all the way down should be embarrassed,” Portnoy said. “In the last 20 years, the most disgusting effort I’ve ever seen from the Patriots…they didn’t even show up.”

Portnoy a long-time Patriots fan and New England native who has had a healthy diet of New England success with Tom Brady at the helm had come into the 2021 and 2022 seasons sans Brady and full of optimism. That optimism turned to disappointment as Brady took his new team, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to a Superbowl win in 2021 and is on his way to a repeat, possibly against the Bills.

“They didn’t even f–king try,” Portnoy said. “Their defense isn’t trying. Their offense isn’t even f–king trying. Maybe Mack Jones is trying, but they all suck and we’re the New York f–king Jets now.”

“F–ck everyone, I’m done with football for the year, maybe even ever,” Portnoy said, wallowing in defeat. “Now I know how every other franchise feels when their team don’t show up and are unprepared and embarrass you on a human level…they f–king suck…from top to bottom…they f—king suck…f–k everyone on this team.”

After complaining about a missed holding call in the first quarter, Portnoy began getting ribbed online by his fans.

“Please stop… people who whine about holding calls are bottom-of-the-barrel society members,” one fan said.

“Yeah you don’t get the Brady calls anymore. And let’s be honest, that’s not a reason you lost the game. So great seeing NE fan complain lol,” said Todd Grossmann.

“How funny it is for a Patriots fan to complain about officiating,” another noted.

Portnoy was allegedly spotted Monday morning wearing a Bucs hat, sitting on a bench outside Raymond James Stadium complaining about the Patriots, but this has yet to be officially confirmed.
