PORT ST. LUCIE, FL – On Saturday, at approximately 12:13 pm, the Port St. Lucie Police Department responded to 10460 SW Village Pkwy, at the Towneplace Suites by Marriott in reference to a disturbance. Officers arrived on scene and located an adult male who was trying to make contact with a female individual inside a hotel room.
Officers received no answer at the door and obtained a room key but discovered the hotel room had a secondary lock from the inside. Officers forced entry into the room and located an adult female and young child deceased.
PSLPD Criminal Investigation Division Detectives are on scene handling the death investigation. The scene is secured and there is no threat to the community. There is no further information available at this time.
