After mandatory state and federal tax totaling 28 percent, Mark will receive $262,800.
The winning numbers were 8-13-17-27-33.
Mark purchased his winning ticket at Ralphie’s #1, located at 3005 Navarre Ave in Oregon.
Rolling Cash 5 is a daily draw game with drawings held seven days a week at approximately 7:05 pm.
