Teen last seen Friday, reported as missing in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 18-year-old Missing Person Helen Foreman. She was last seen at 4:00 P.M., on Friday, January 21st, 2022, on the 1XX block of West Rittenhouse Street.

She is 5’6″, and 160 lbs. and was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt and red jacket.
