The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old Missing Juvenile Nasir Stafford-Frater. He was last seen on Saturday, January 29, 2022, at 1:10 PM, on the 19xx block of Reed Street.
He is 5’10”, 140 lbs., black hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a black coat, black head band, white Rick & Morty Shirt, Blue/Gray Jordan’s and Jeans.
