Elementary School Students deliver thank you cards to Brick Township Police Officers

BRICK TOWNSHIP, NJ – In a nation where many in power are pushing to defund and defame police, Brick Township elementary school students sought to do the exact opposite. Instead, the children showed their appreciation for their local police department heroes by delivering hand written cards and signs thanking the officers for their service to their community.

Yesterday, students from Veterans Elementary School delivered thank you cards and a handmade poster thanking our police officers for their service to the community. These students were tasked by their teacher to “pay it forward and do a random act of kindness.”
