Miami real estate agent is a serial killer who targeted homeless men

MIAMI, FL – A Miami-based realtor, Willy Suarez Macao has been charged for the deaths of two homeless men and the attempted murder of a third. Now, police have released a video showing Maceo at the scene of an October murder of a homeless man he is accused of fatally stabbing. In December, Macaeo shot two homeless men sleeping on a sidewalk, killing one.

At this time, Maceo is suspected of the unsolved murder of a homeless man named Manuel Perez, 59, at 1st Street in Miami on October 16, 2021.

Then, at around 8:00 p.m. on December 21, 2021, he allegedly shot a homeless man at 2nd Avenue in Miami. The man survived and was rushed to Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami. At around 10:00 p.m. that night, he allegedly pulled up in a black Dodge Charger and fatally shot Jerome Antonio Price, 56, who sleeping on the sidewalk at Miami Avenue and 21st Street in Wynwood, Miami.

Florida authorities described the video of Maceo’s shooting in December, saying he pulled up along side the homeless men in his car and fired multiple shots at them.
