PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 14-year-old Missing Juvenile Zhamani Allen. She was last seen at 10:09 P.M., on Saturday, February 12, 2022, on the 27XX block of North 20th Street.
She is 5’11”, 140 lbs., thin build, long treated blonde and black hair, and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue stone wash jeans and white Nike sneakers. Anyone with any information on Zhamani Allen’s whereabouts is asked to please contact Northwest Detectives Division at 215-686-3353 or 911.
