McKeesport, PA – Two men shot inside an apartment in McKeesport Monday night are listed in critical condition at the hospital today and police have reported one possible suspect is in custody.
According to the Allegheny Police Department, At approximately 11:42 pm on February 28, 2022, Allegheny County 9-1-1 was notified of a shooting in the Hi-View Gardens apartment complex in the 700 block of 6th Street.
“First responders found a 22-year-old male shot and a 21-year-old male shot inside an apartment. The males were taken to area hospitals in critical condition. One male was detained at the scene. Homicide detectives initiated an investigation,” the department said in a statement.
