Marshals Mountain State Fugitive Task Force arrested Jason Fletcher, 42,
and Farrah Fletcher, 44, both of Martinsburg, WV. Jason Fletcher was

sustained multiple injuries. A warrant was also issued for Farrah
Fletcher, who was a passenger in the vehicle, for her role in the

The U.S. Marshals Mountain State Fugitive Task
Force developed information that the Fletchers were staying at the Days
Inn in Charles Town, WV. Jason and Farrah Fletcher were taken into
custody, at this location, on December 14, 2021 at approximately 1300
hours.

“We are always highly motivated to locate and
apprehend violent fugitives, but anytime a case comes across our desk
where one of our own was injured, we make it a top priority and exhaust
all resources to apprehend those responsible as swiftly as possible.
This was the case here as all of the local departments dedicated
resources to capture these fugitives in a timely manner, ” said Acting
U.S. Marshal Terry Moore.

The law enforcement agencies involved in the
arrest of the Fletchers were the Martinsburg Police Department,
Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office,
