Toms River Chess Team Finishes at top of division in Shore Chess League

TOMS RIVER, NJ – The Toms River High School South Chess team had a great run. They finished their season in first place in the Kasparov Division of the Shore Chess League with a 6-1-1 record this year. Robert Dalton finished with the second-best individual record of any player in the division.

At the League Champion’s Tournament, the team finished in eighth place.
