BROOKLYN, MD – According to the Anne Arundel County Police Department, mama bear went a little too far when she went to the mobile home of a juvenile who was involved in an earlier assault involving her own child and tried to burn it down.

Police reported on Monday at approximately 7:30 p.m. officers responded to an address in the 200 block of Rupert Circle for a home invasion.

“The suspect responded to the home of a juvenile involved in a prior assault involving juveniles. The suspect poured motor oil on the front steps of the residence and attempted to light it on fire,” police said. “The suspect forced her way into the residence, upon entry the occupants of the house deployed pepper spray causing the suspect to retreat. The suspect was located, arrested and charged.”

Fortunately, motor oil isn’t a flammable liquid until temperatures reach between 300 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Diana Brice, 30, of Brooklyn, Maryland was charged.
