Cumberland Police Make Several Arrests

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, MD – Cumberland Police Department incidents:

ARRESTED: Tina Renee Lee AGE: 56 Cumberland, MD. A bench warrant was served on Lee on March 28th. The warrant was issued because Lee failed to appear for her court case in April of last year. After being arrested, she was transported to central booking and later released on her personal recognizance after being seen by a district court commissioner.

ASSAULT ARREST: Michael Edward Thompson AGE: 67 Cumberland, MD, Assault-2nd Degree. Cumberland police responded to an assault call on Camden Avenue on March 28th. The alleged victim told police she was shoved down by Thompson which caused a laceration to her hand. Thompson was arrested, transported to central booking and later released on his personal recognizance after being seen by a district court commissioner.

ARRESTED: Trenton Michael Miller AGE: 26 Cumberland, MD, Possess with Intent to Distribute: Narcotics, 2 counts of CDS: Possess-Not Marijuana, DIST/PWID CDS Fentanyl/Heroin. While on Park Street, patrolling the area of a business, police observed a possible drug transaction taking place in the parking lot. After making contact and investigating the incident, it was discovered Miller was in possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute. Miller was arrested, transported to central booking and later remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center, held with out bond after being seen by the the district court commissioner.
