Sky Marshall Arrested for Multiple Cybercrimes Violations

FORT LEE, NJ – A Fort Lee man, Sky Marshall, 25, has been arrested and charged by the Bergen County Prosecutors Office under the direction of Fort Lee Police Department Chief Jason Love for multiple cybercrime violations and endangering the welfare of a child.

According to the BCPO, on Tuesday, March 29, 2022, the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit members identified Marshall during an ongoing Internet child pornography investigation.

“The investigation revealed that he used the Internet to view, download and possess files depicting nude and/or sexually explicit prepubescent and pubescent children. In addition, Marshall used social media to engage in sexually explicit dialogue and send nude images to underage children,” BCPO said. “During such online conversations, Marshall obtained nude and/or sexually explicit images of juveniles and sent nude images to the children.”

Marshall was arrested on March 29 in Paramus.


Police are asking parents whose children may have had online contact with Marshall to contact them immediately.


His online screen names were “james_atten”, “outadanger” and “focyer”.
