CINNAMINSON, NJ – The Cinnaminson Police Department has released the dashcam and bodycam footage of the DUI arrest of New Jersey Republican candidate for Congress, Ian Smith. According to the videos, police notified Smith that he was swerving while he was driving and performed poorly on the roadside sobriety test.

He has a previous DUI and manslaughter conviction and has served 5 years in prison for that conviction.
