SFPD Offers Reward for 2020 Bayview Homicide 22-049

On November 4, 2020 at approximately 9:14 p.m. San Francisco Police officers from Bayview Station responded to the 1500 block of Wallace Avenue for a report of a shooting. Officers arrived on scene and located 42-year-old San Francisco resident Marcus Harrison, on the ground suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Officers rendered aid and summoned medics to the scene. Despite the life-saving efforts of the emergency responders, Mr. Harrison succumbed to his injuries and was declared deceased at the scene.  

The family of Marcus Harrison is seeking closure from this tragedy and is asking for the public’s assistance to help identify a suspect(s).  

The San Francisco Police Department has authorized a $50,000 reward for information leading to the identification, arrest, and conviction of the suspect(s) responsible for the murder. A copy of the Crime Bulletin accompanies this release.
