Recently Released Parolee Tossed Louis Vuitton Bag With Gun As He Fled Police

BALTIMORE, MD – A man recently out of prison was spotted by Baltimore police officers with a Louis Vuitton bag, but more than that, officers spotted a gun in the bag and began to initiate a stop. The suspect fled.

According to police, on April 15, 2022 at approximately 10:00 am, Western District officers were patrolling the area of 1300 N Carey Street due to recent violence. Officers noticed the suspect with what looked to be an imprint of a handgun in his bag. The suspect fled when the officers approached and was seen throwing the handgun into a yard as he was running. Officers caught up and placed the suspect under arrest. The suspect had been recently released from prison and was on parole.
