Man Stabbed in Southeast D.C.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Washington, D.C. Metro Police Department is investigating a stabbing which took place on April 30th. This incident happened on the 4600 Block of South Capitol Street in Southeast D.C.. The police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a possible suspect involved in the stabbing.

According to investigators, “At approximately 1:30 pm, members of the Seventh District responded to the listed location for the report of a stabbing. Upon arrival, officers located an adult male victim suffering from stab wounds. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.”

A nearby surveillance camera captured the suspect.
