Missing Endangered Adult Reported in Philadelphia

The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating Missing Endangered Person Johnell Thomas. It was at 10:00 am on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at 6xx W. Lehigh Ave that Johnell Thomas was last seen.

Johnell is 29 years old, 5’10”, 140lbs, very thin build, dark brown complexion, short black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing white pants and a white shirt.
