Philadelphia Police Seeking to Identify Suspects in Gas Station Armed Robbery

PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department is trying to identify male suspects who robbed the Gas and Go on Island Avenue at gunpoint last week.

The Southwest Detective Division is investigating a gunpoint robbery at a gas station in Southwest Philadelphia on April 14th, 2022. It was around 3:45 AM when three males entered the Gas and Go at 2200 Island Avenue and attempted to break into two video game machines and an ATM. One male was armed with a handgun. There was a fourth male outside who was acting as a lookout.

The offenders were unable to get into the machines and nothing was taken. They fled on Woodland Avenue in a blue Hyundai Elantra.
