Cape May Man Charged for Sharing Photos of Children on Cloud Account

Cape May Court House, NJ – A 21-year-old man from Cape May Court House has been charged after local authorities received a tip from the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children after he shared images of child pornography.

Cape May County Prosecutor Jeffrey H. Sutherland and Middle Township Police Chief Chris Leusner announce the arrest of 21-year-old David He of Route 47, Cape May Court House, NJ. This investigation stemmed from a National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), CyberTip that revealed an unknown subject possessed/shared videos of suspected Child Pornography on a cloud account.

“This investigation resulted in a search warrant execution on April 18, 2022, at a residence in Cape May Court House, New Jersey by members of the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), the New Jersey State Police, and the Middle Township Police Department,” Sutherland said. “Multiple computers and mobile devices at the target residence were seized as evidence.”


Police said several child pornography images were located at the time of the search.

As the result of the investigation, David He was arrested on April 18, 2022.
