17 Year-Old Shot in the Torso in Southwest Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting which took place on April 24th. The incident involved a 17-year-old who was struck in his torso. The shooting happened in Southwest Baltimore.

According to investigators, “At approximately 10:49 p.m., patrol officers were dispatched to an area hospital to investigate a walk-in shooting victim seeking treatment. When officers arrived at the hospital, they officers located a 17-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to the torso. The victim sustained non-life threatening injuries. Southwest District Shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control over the investigation.”
