Do You Recognize Them? Police in Philadelphia Seeking to Identify Market Street Shooting Suspects

PHILADELPHIA, PA – Two people were shot on Market Street in Philadelphia on Thursday and now police are seeking the public’s assistance to identify the subject.

“The Shooting Investigation Group is seeking the public’s help identifying the individuals seen in the following video clip. Suspect #1 is responsible for shooting two victims on the 6000 block of Market Street on Thursday April 21, 2022, at 1:37 PM,” the Philadelphia Police Department said. “After the shooting, suspect #1 and #2 flee the crime scene in suspect # 2’s vehicle. Victim #1, a 41-year-old-male, sustained two gunshot wounds to his right thigh and was transports to Presbyterian Hospital and Victim #2, a 36-year-old-male, sustained a gunshot wound to his right ankle and was also transported to Presbyterian Hospital.”

One suspect was described by police as a black male, light complexion, medium build, mustache, wearing a black/gray jacket, light blue jeans, and white sneakers. The other suspect, also a black male, light complexion, medium build, bald head, mustache, wearing a white sweater, white Polo hat, blue jeans and black sneakers.
