Man Shot In The Back Drives Himself to Baltimore Hospital

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting which took place on April 23rd. This incident happened on the 900 Block of Ensor Street in Eastern Baltimore.

According to investigators, “At approximately 11:22 p.m., Eastern District patrol officers responded to the 900 block of Ensor Street to Investigate a shot-spotter alert. Moments later a gunshot victim walked into an area hospital. When officers arrived at the hospital, officers located a 41-year-old male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the back. The victim is listed in stable condition. A preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was driving in the area of 900 Ensor Street when another vehicle being shooting at the victim vehicle striking the victim in the back. The victim then drove himself to an area hospital. Eastern District Shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control over the investigation. “
