Southbound Larsen Road to Close for Two Weeks for Construction Work

JACKSON TOWNSHIP, NJ – The Jackson Police Department has notified motorists of a lane closure that will affect Larsen Road over the court of the next two weeks.

“Larsen Road will be closed southbound between Birch Drive and N. New Prospect Roads. Work in the area is expected to last approx. 2 weeks and will eventually switch over to the Northbound lane of N. New Prospect Road,” the department said. “Larsen Road/Fort Plains Road between Birch Drive and Farmindale Road/Hulse’s Corner Road in Howell (4 way stop) will only be open to local traffic. Please follow the marked detour routes around the affected areas to avoid having to drive through the residential neighborhood.”
