UTICA, NY – A man was caught in a vestibule of the lobby at police headquarters defecating and urinating in the corner. On Monday, at approximately 12:15 officers at the Utica Police Department observed the individual The officers immediately went out to the lobby and placed the male into handcuffs and escorted him to the booking area.
Alen Pajazetovic, age 35 of Utica, would be charged with Disorderly Conduct and Exposure of a Person.
Following the processing, he was released on appearance tickets.
