WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Washington, D.C. Metro Police Department is investigating a Felony Assault that happened on May 2nd. Detectives are asking for help identifying the suspect involved in the assault. This incident happened on the 2200 Block of Wisconsin Avenue in Northwest D.C.
According to detectives, “At approximately 12:55 am, the suspect approached the victim at the listed location. The suspect assaulted the victim. The suspect then fled the scene. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of non life-threatening injuries.”
A surveillance camera captured the suspect.
