Man Shot in Southeast D.C., Police Need Help Identifying Suspects Car

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Washington, D.C. Metro Police Department is investigating a shooting that took place on May 12th. This incident happened on the 1600 block of Good Hope Road in Southeast D.C.. The police are asking for assistance in identifying and locating the vehicle involved.

According to police, “At approximately 1:52 pm, members of the Seventh District responded to the listed location for the report of a shooting. Upon arrival, members located an adult male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.”

Nearby surveillance cameras captured the suspect’s vehicle.
