The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old Missing Juvenile Markita Hill-Sisco. She was last seen at the Youth Emergencies Services located on the 15xx block of Fairmount Avenue on May 13, 2022, at 8:00am.
She is 5’10’’, 170lbs, long straight hair, glasses and was last seen wearing a black hooded sweater and blue pants.
