Argument Outside Philadelphia Bar Ends With Man Shot Multiple Times

PHILADELPHIA, PA – An argument that took place outside a bar on Germantown Avenue in Philadelphia ended with gunshots, sending one man to the hospital in critical condition.

According to the Philadelphia Police Department and the Shooting Investigation Group, “On May 7, 2022, at approximately 1:16 am, two unknown males left a local bar and were engaged in a verbal argument outside of 3652 Germantown Ave.”

Police said as the two separated and walked to their cars the suspect retrieved a semi-automatic handgun and fired several rounds at the victim striking the victim in his ear, shoulder and stomach then fled and was last seen north on Germantown Ave in a silver vehicle with tinted windows possibly a Buick LaCrosse. The victim was transported to Temple Hospital where he was listed in critical condition.
