Paterson Police Investigating Wednesday Shooting

PATERSON, NJ – A Paterson resident described as a 41-year-old male was shot Wednesday afternoon, the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office reported.

The shooting happened in the area of East 26th Street and 10th Ave. The victim took himself to Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center for treatment of a single non-life-threatening gunshot wound at around 5:30 pm. Police are continuing their investigation.

No other information has been released by police.
