Suspicious Death in Hyattsville Under Investigation

HYATTSVILLE, MD – The Montgomery County Police Department is investigating a suspicious death while responding to a disturbance call in Hyattsville on Tuesday on East West Highway.

“At approximately 12:06 a.m., 2nd District officers responded to the location for the report of a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers located a deceased adult male,” MCPD said. “There is no suspect in custody at this time. There is no known threat to the community. This is an active and ongoing investigation.”

The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore will conduct an autopsy to determine the manner and cause of death, the MCPD reported.
