Ex-Con Caught by Police With Cocaine During Traffic Stop

SOUTH HACKENSACK, NJ – Police in South Hackensack arrested an ex-con after officers initiated a traffic stop of his 2020 Honda CRV due to a cracked windshield near the Route 46 Motel he was staying at.

On Tuesday, at around 9 am, police arrested William J. Ayala, 40. Alaya was wanted on drug charges in Lakehurst and for assaulting a police officer in Miami, Florida.

He was arrested and a later search found he had cocaine in his possession.
