PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating missing person Orlando Starling. Orlando is from the 58xx block of Stockton Road and was last seen on June 1, 2022, at 2:52 am.
Orlando is 59 years old, 5’ 9”, 150 Lbs., med brown skin, brown hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a White T-shirt, Burgundy pajama pants and one blue slipper. Orlando suffers from a medical condition.
