EVESHAM, NJ – A Marlton man wanted for burglarizing unlocked vehicles early Monday morning has been captured by the Evesham Police Department. Police used Ring doorbell video camera footage to identify the suspect, who is also wanted for a May 16th burglary spree in the town.

The Evesham Police Department reported that on Monday, at 3:16 AM, an alert officer was operating in the areas where the recent vehicle burglaries had occurred and observed a suspicious male wearing all black.

“The officer conducted a pedestrian stop of the male, who was identified as Joseph Volm,” the department said. “During the pedestrian stop, Volm was positively identified as the suspect from the vehicle burglaries that occurred on June 6 on Euston Road. Volm was arrested, processed, and released on his own recognizance with a mandatory court appearance. The investigation will continue to determine if additional charges are warranted.”
